recently installed new dell inspiron 3880 with windows 10. current canon mp280 printer worked normally. few days later microsoft offered an upgrade to windows 11 which I took. printer still works normally on google chrome, but when I try to print on firefox, I get a pop-up saying 'save print output as' on the top and requesting a file name on the bottom. downloaded the latest driver from canon. no improvement. how can I get the printer to work on firefox?
