this popup comes up when thunderbird is opened, then keeps popping up. it asks for aol username and password. this has been happening all week.

it appears that an account exists that has been created for that service, please contact that service.
First check your cookies configuration how it s setup. In use with the security software.
Check the settings in the normal settings of your system pc and security software.
You also can go to about:config to search for “network.cookie.lifetimePolicy”-
If you can adjust the settings if the settings are set to 1.
Make sure if you can it is set to 0.
Zero means that your cookies will be accepted normal.
You can get into about:config from options )advanced)general)config editor.)
there must have been a contact with you with there online services that now asks for a first time use with your pc or device.This normally asks you for your details such as a password or emailadres.
