Several possibilities, but I can only guess. One possibility is unwanted attachments, and other I can recall is unwanted links in sig files that gmail find questionable. Look at your sent message's source code also to check for any content you didn't place there (such as an ad from your antivirus program). You might also try with no sig to see if that is the issue.
