I have two accounts - account1 and account2. I've set account2 to use the inbox of account1. Both accounts are set to fetch email every 10 minutes. So far, so good. If I click on the Get Messages button in the toolbar, or right click on account1 and click Get Messages or click File->Get Messages->account1, the system checks account2, and not account1. If I click File->Get Messages->account2, it (correctly) checks account 2. File->Get Messages->All Accounts does check both accounts.

Do I have something configured wrong, or is this a bug I should report?

Please explain how you managed to set account2 to use inbox of account1. That info may prove useful. Thank you.

In Account Settings for account2: On the server settings tab, under advanced I selected "Inbox for different account - account 1" I also checked "Include this server when getting new mail".

I should have mentioned both accounts are configured for POP3 servers (the same server, different logins).

Do you have that other box checked, the one that says to include this server? Whatever it's set at, do the opposite. And that's just a guess because I admit to being a novice at POP accounts.

If I uncheck that box, I no longer get email from account2.

Okay, I'm lost. Maybe a POP guru will see this. My apologies
