FF broken a very long time
W10, all updates. Malwarebytes paid version.
I have uninstalled FF using REVO, cleaned it out by the roots, rebooted and installed the latest version of FF.
I have renamed my profiles in roaming, local and locallow directories.
It runs for about five seconds and dies - I can see it in task mgr.
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P doesn't run.
This thing is a dead body. It might be useful to have it running.
thanks.

Never use 3rd party uninstaller like REvo one is asking for problem as it would remove Registry that can cause more problem then it helps. One is to use the Firefox uninstaller to correctly remove Firefox installs. Since Revo was used no one will know what it did to the Registry to cause more issues now.
I've used REVO for years with _ABSOLUTELY_ fabulous results.
I FREAKING _WANT_ TO REMOVE ALL TRACES OF FIREFOX. Is NOT that the POINT of an UNINSTALL???
I want my computer to think that FIREFOX HAS NEVER BEEN THERE before I reinstall after a problem can't be solved.
The Firefox uninstaller leaves all manner of road apples behind (as do nearly all uninstallers), which you DON'T WANT TO LEAVE BEHIND IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES?

That, sir, is how you get a clean install. You jerk a program out by the roots with something like REVO that looks for all manner of configuration files and REGISTREY entries? Then cleans them ALL OUT.
Tell me? How can removing every trace of a program inhibit its correct re-installation? Huh?
It can't. How can you say such a silly thing?
Did you think before you replied to this?
Thank you for your reply, but sir? YOU _MOST CLEARLY_ KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THIS KIND OF STUFF.
Period.
I'm just sayin'...

We have seen reports from Firefox 113 users that Malwarebytes Browser Guard is causing slowness issues, so if you use this extension best is to contact its Malwarebytes for support.
Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or if userChrome.css/userContent.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the Default System theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
