Hi Firefox We work in a government institution and we use Firefox because it is a unique, fast and safe program. We thank you for your efforts to develop the browser But we encountered a problem with the new update while printing the PDF files. It was showing us the option to print in portrait or landscape format, and when you updated version 14, this option no longer appeared. Where we deleted the new program, installed the older version, and stopped the update We trust you to solve the problem in the next update, and we ask you to give the matter importance

UPDATE: This setting is no longer available in Firefox 119, unfortunately. A less convenient workaround can be found in: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1429073#answer-1614190

If you keep the regular release:

You can restore the orientation selector by making the following setting change. This overrides the ability of a web page to specify a paper size, which Firefox interprets as locking the orientation to the width/height stated by the page.

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

More info on about:config: Configuration Editor for Firefox. The moderators would like us to remind you that changes made through this back door aren't fully supported and aren't guaranteed to continue working in the future. Since we have had this setting for a long time and I use it myself, I feel comfortable mentioning it.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste layout.css.page-size.enabled and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the preference to switch the value from true to false

You Tube will not let me viewI videos anymore. Says I must turn off ad blocker. I use Mozilla FireFox as a browser. I can't find an ad blocker to turn off Please contact me at [removed email from public] and tell me how to fix this problem so I can watch Youtube again.

Here is the message I got. Ad blockers violate YouTube's Terms of Service

It looks like you may be using an ad blocker. Video playback is blocked unless YouTube is allowlisted or the ad blocker is disabled. Ads allow YouTube to be used by billions worldwide. You can go ad-free with YouTube Premium, and creators can still get paid from your subscription.

Try YouTube Premium Not using an ad blocker? Report issue

This is a support forum and not some form of direct chat or ticket system so you should not post your email in public.

Also your question is unrelated to this thread so you should create your own thread to get help. You can use https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/form to post a new thread.
