Hi
How can we help you with Firefox for Android? I am one of the volunteer contributors here and might be able to help.
Like I said, Firefox support, not a community member, a DEVELOPER. See my newest question. This is a just pathetic.
Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.

So you expect Mozilla to spend a lot of resources on things like the centres and staff to provide one on one support for a free to use app for Android (since you posted this in Android Firefox section) and should it only be available in US/Canada. Mozilla also has a number of other products that would get left out like the web browsers for desktop and iOS and or add to the costs in doing one on one support if everything is included.
It is generally the applications you paid for in some way like say a subscription for a antivirus client that may have one on one support options because you well paid for it.
Any web browser that has one on one support tends to be for Enterprise users who paid for it. None of the major web browser provide one on one support for the regular web browser users.
Since you said "a Developer" well the developers working on the Firefox web browsers would not be able to get much work does if they were expected to do one on one support.
Long long ago Mozilla did experiment with different pay for support by email and phone options for desktop Firefox but they were short lived.

Oh wow, NOW people actually want to respond. I've posted the problems in bug section for Mozilla for the past 8 months. That is why I asked here as well.
