Thunderbird 115.2.2 Won't Send Emails

Immediately after the 115.2.2 security update, my emails will go into a holding pattern, it opens up Microsoft's 365 outlook which after a couple of second, that's closes... then it just sits there trying to send... until the outlook times out. It will receive emails, but just won't SEND ANYTHING...
