Yesterday my email was working fine - this morning I have not been to access my email I have a message that the address cannot connect to the server and people who are trying to send me emails are getting messages that their mail is undeliverable. I can neither send or receive email and I have no idea why The account settings are what they have been for years. I am desperate - Help please

If your friends are reporting mail undeliverable, that is an issue between their computer and your email server, not your PC. I encourage you to pursue with your email provider.
