Can the Picture-in-Picture Seek forward/backward Media Controls be customised?
By default the Picture-in-Picture Seek forward/backward Media Controls are set to 5 seconds, is there a way to change the 5 second increments to say 10 seconds?

The 5 second value is hard coded: SEEK_TIME_SECS = 5;
