Even though I have selected Firefox as my default browser, when I click on links in emails or other sources, the actions continue to open in Microsoft Edge. This is a recent phenomena, starting within the past couple of months. I have repeatedly checked my settings, but Firefox always shows as my default browser.What can I do to stop this nuisance? It's a pain to have to copy and paste the web address from Edge to Firefox. Is this an MS hack? Please advise.

If the problem is links in the Outlook 365 application, it has its own setting. There's a section on how to change it toward the end of this article:
