Accounts lost
I am running Thunderbird with numberous accounts.
When I start Thunderbird all accounts have been lost and I am asked to create an email address.
Data seems to be there as it is over 21GB.
How to I repair the accounts and folder structure so they show?
I have a daily backup of my profile, so I can restore 1 day old data. But the issue occurs every few months.

Restoring from a backup is the best option. Why it happens every few months is beyond me. Anything could cause corruption of data. We could be looking at third-party software, especially antivirus programs. They are well known for causing havoc with Thunderbird. If you haven't already, I strongly recommend you add Thunderbird's data to your antivirus' exclusions list (whitelist).
