I am unable to send emails. I am asked to enter my password and have tried many times. The instructions to enter my password just keeps repeating over and over. I am at a loss as to what to do. Any suggestions?

You need a password to login to your account on your email provider's server. Thunderbird is just passing on the password you type to the server.

What error message do you get?

Can you login to your account via webmail?
