I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am encountering in Thunderbird. Specifically, I am not receiving invitation links sent to my email address from Groove. Despite checking my spam/junk folder and ensuring that my email address is correct, the invitation does not appear in my inbox.
Could you please help me understand why this might be happening and provide any suggestions to resolve this issue?

First, check your account online to see if the invitations are on the server.
