Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) no longer supports Firefox. Please contact them and try to get them to support it. Otherwise I will have to use a Chrome, which I don't want to.

Hi, we are aware of it. For now try to use the Chrome mask extension for that site.

I couldn't get Chrome Mask to allow me to log into PG&E. It kept say to use a different browser. Maybe it is incompatible with some other extension. Could you bring up the PG&E website and then click "Sign In". It is only after trying to log in that it says the browser is not supported. Please get back to me with the results.

They are clearly not supporting Firefox so why keep trying to force the issue? Just use a supported browser, pay your bill, and get on with your life.

Life is apparently going to be continuing without FireFox as a viable browser choice. PG&E provides power to the extended "Silicon Valley"... word spreads fast around here...

It looks like PG&E is working now on a new website and they want to release it Nov 11. Once the new site has launched, we can see what issues (if any) we might run into with it.
