I had Kaspersky and was automatically switched to Ultra AV, which I don't like, because it keeps me from using Mozilla Firefox. Does anyone know how to get it to allow me to use it? If not, I'm uninstalling it and need to know the best AV software to purchase, please. Thanks in advance for your help!

If you have Windows OS then defender is free to use. As for what A/V to use that is up to each user to decide and review what A/V they want to install besides the free one Defender that comes with Windows OS itself. If you want to know what A/V to choose your best to go to review sites about A/V to decide what fits your needs. I use Defender for all my Windows 10 computer and have no issue and as it's free it works fine without issues.

What OS? What version of Firefox? I haven't used AV in years, but there should be some kind of Dashboard that shows apps trying to connect to the internet with the possible options to allow or deny. Post a screenshot from Ultra and what it shows for Firefox.
