Het antwoord van Microsoft is, dat het om een 'ontbrekende' videocodex' update gaat.

Mij lukt dat niet!

Kan Thunderbird mis voor een 'fix' zorgen??

Werkt dit in een andere browser wel? Zo nee, dan dient u in Windows de videocodecs te installeren, want dan zit het ’m niet in Firefox.
