Hi, your browser reported that it is Firefox 115 running on Windows 7. Some websites routinely discontinue support for older browsers but, unfortunately, there are no later Firefox versions available for Windows 7.

As a test, could you try setting the following value to see whether it fools iCloud (or the relevant website, if it's not iCloud):

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste forceVersion and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the network.http.useragent.forceVersion preference to display an editing field, and change the value to 128 then press Enter or click the blue check mark button to save the change.

If you try the problem site again in a new tab, does it still give you the same message, or does something else happen now?
