how to restore "Recommended by Pocket" content on the homepage of Firefox?

Firefox browser by default has a installer page that looks like a homepage but that isn't a homepage. The user has to create their own homepage from the default installer page.

Firefox Home (default) is a Homepage even though you may not agree it is. The user does not have to change their homepage. And if they changed their homepage from the default Firefox Home as you suggest, then they would no longer see the "Recommended by Pocket".
