Yes, mostly.
If you are willing to live with old and no-longer-supported versions of software, both Windows 7 and the Extended Support Release of Firefox 115 should continue plugging along.
The ESR version of Firefox 115 is going to get its last update later this year. It will continue running indefinitely, but without updates, it may fail to keep up with website changes and gradually work less and less well.
Still, you're way ahead of the people trying to wring the last years of life out of their Windows XP systems!
Firefox 115.20.0esr is the most current version of of the older Firefox 115 ESR channel. Mozilla decoded very recently to extend updates support till Firefox 115.27.0esr in August as 115.21.0esr was the last planned update.
It looks like you are using the older 115.9.0esr as you need 115.13.0esr (115.thirteen.0esr) or later like the current 115.20.0esr to not be affected by this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/root-certificate-expiration
