To replicate this issue kindly do the following:- 1.) Navigate to www.ford.co.uk using Firefox browser 2.) Navigate to Advance Dealer Locator link available from the left menu item on the screen. 3.) On the advance dealer locator form, enter the location or dealer name to be searched [e.g. a valid location is 'London' or a valid dealer name is 'Allen'] 4.) Once the search button is clicked, the dealer search results are displayed on the screen.
5.) Please try to print the results, either using the browser menu file-print or using the print button available on the results page.
6.) The firefox will print the page after few minutes the firefox will close by itself, this issue occurs repeatedly and for each and every trial.

Dear Moses,
Further I faced a similar issue in IE6 which was resolved by an Hotfix from Microsoft site
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913788
This hot-fix does fix IE6 issue, but fails to address the fire-fox issue.
I hope this information helps.
I would be much grateful for any help or suggestions from your end.
Best Regards,
Sivaram
Hi Moses,
Any update for me, on this issue, I would be glad to know if this could be a known-bug that can be fixed in possible future releases.
