Can I disable the right click on the menu bar, to stop the ability to customize? I want to disable the address bar (which I can do), but then want to stop someone from right clicking on the menu bar and going back to customize and putting the address bar back in place.

Operating system

Linux

You would have to remove View > Toolbars > Customize as well to avoid that.

Add code to userChrome.css below the @namespace line.

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Editing_configuration#How_to_edit_configuration_files

@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

#toolbar-context-menu, #menu_customizeToolbars {display:none!important;}
