after today's auto download, firefox will not start, at all, any way!

after today's auto upload, Firefox will not come up, at all, no matter what I try

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

auto update

User Agent

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; DigExt; GTB6.5; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Have you tried to start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode? What about Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles?

Try to download the latest Firefox (3.6.4) from website. I hope your settings will not be lost; possibly, it was something with network connection, and Firefox updated only one half of itself; that's why I recommend to download it from website and install manually.
