I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. It immediately asked me to upgrade my Flash software. I did download it, but to finish installing it, a pop-up box told me I had to tell Firefox to let it be installed. The instructions directed me to a 'yellow box' on a Web page, but I never could find the 'yellow box,' so I never could complete the enabling process

This happened

Just once or twice

== I tried to install updated Flash software at Firefox's recommendation.

Try this direct link: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flash.../install_flash_player.exe

If you're still having issues with 3.6.4 and the Flash plugin even after updating, please take a look at Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again and increase the timeout as indicated.
