You seem to be missing an Unicode font that can display that text (Phonetic Extensions (1D00–1D7F)). ≈ᴼᴿᴵᴳᴵᴻᴬᴸ≈: "48;ᴼᴿᴵᴳᴵᴻᴬᴸ"48;
