Its loading apps but not messages or friends profiles and it wont open facebook itself I have to go through emails from facebook to get there.

firefox error console is coming up with:

Error: Permission denied for (document.domain=) to call method UnnamedClass.toString on (document.domain has not been set).

Error: Permission denied for (document.domain has not been set) to call method Location.toString on (document.domain=). How do I fix it?

Try clearing your cookies and cache (this may log you out of some websites) -- Go to Tools > Clear Recent History

Select everything, then in the check boxes ONLY select cookies and cache and then click Clear Now.

On http://www.facebook.com/KnownIssues#!/KnownIssues a number of the most recent known issues mentioned relate to blank pages or access problems so it's possible you're just seeing a facebook bug.
