I've tried recovering bookmarks unsuccessfully. Any other ideas?

Tried various solutions without success. My library (bookmarks) is empty and I cannot find the files you mention under my finder/ librarly / application support / Firefox (missing, but Mozilla exists, but it doesn't have the files you mention).
