I have V3.6.8. On My XP Desktop and my Apple, Firefox crashes regularly - at least 3 times a week it will restart but some files will not re-open automatically, or have to be taken of the list of possible reasons why FF will not restart.

I get a script box saying that a script is trying to complete etc as follows: Script: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js:623 It makes no difference whether I click continue or cancel the same message keeps reappearing How do I fix this? And why does FF crash all the time, both of my different computers? Its supposed to better that IE . . . ?

Go to the address about:crashes and tell us your latest crash IDs. We can then look at the data specific to your crash and have a better idea of what is causing the problem.
