I could NOt get help from your help desk, after 12 tries i uninstalled Firefox, and re-downloaded 3.6....I STILL DON'T HAVE A NAVIGATION BAR, NOR BACK BUTTON NOR NY OF THE UTILITY BUTTONS ACROSS THE TOP. 

I can't change sites, no place to enter URL

See Navigation buttons like back, home, bookmarks and reload are missing.

If the menus are missing, see menu bar is missing.
