Grab your entire Firefox profile folder(s). The location is typically under:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

In there, you will find a folder named "bookmarkbackups" that should contain .json files you can import into a new installation of Firefox.

Any luck?
