Do you mean the Master Password? Does the prompt ask you to enter the password for the security device? If not, what does it say?

1. Enter chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul in the Firefox location bar. This is where you enter a URL of a page.

2. Press the Enter key

3. You will now see a warning message stating that this will reset all your saved passwords. Click Reset
