I hid all of my toolbars by accident. How can I get them back?

All I have visible now is the current page and tabs. There is nothing for me to click on to get ANY of the toolbars back. I don't have FILE, EDIT, VIEW... noting. Help!

For details of how to restore it, see the menu bar is missing article. You can use the method shown in that article to restore other toolbars as well.
