FF 3.6.12 - The text is very light and " sketchy " making it difficult to read anythibg. I cannot find a way to mannually make an adjustment for making it clearer and more solid. Anyone have a thought on this ?
My resolution is set to 140 x 900. This seems to be part of the issue. If I zoom in ( Cntl + scroll ) just one notch text is perfectly clear - but still stays the same in the address bar and FF toolbars and menus, but mis-aligns some pages.
This res. is fine for my "Chrome", which I use, but my wife is really on about thinking I can fix this through some W7/Control Panel fussing. This issue has really become distracting with updating to 3.6.12.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)
Is ClearType enabled?
Control Panel > Personalization > Window Color and Appearance > Effects: "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts"
Marvelous ! Enabling Clear Type and the " Cntl " functions fixed the issue(s).
My wife thanks you !
