unable to open secondary windows, what is wrong

Some websites I use regularly will open secondary windows eg when you ask for help. Firefox NEVER opens secondary windows. When this happens I have to use IE.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
