firefox has disconneted my laptop video calls, because you say l have another computer, l have two computers a desk computer and a laptop computer, but my laptop computer has been disconnected from making skype video calls, why are you doing this, l have not been able to use my skype video calls since Christmas, because you have disconnected my laptop commputer?

Why do you think Firefox is involved in your problem?

Maybe your problem is related to the massive failure of of Skype services on the 22nd?? Do you have the latest version of the Skype software?
