I am in Mexico and wish to install Firefox in English but I keep getting redirected to the mexican webpage even if I specifically enter the US address.

BTW This is annoying... Users should have freedom to decide where and when to get redirected. I hate being redirected to pages because of my IP.

If you are having that problem with Google see this:

For other domains that switch you to localized content, you'll have to find information for how to handle it for that domain.
