Just purchased a new laptop with Windows 7. Trying to set up and configure, but Internet Explorer won't allow me to download Firefox 3.6 for my browser. Keeps sending message that "Unable to download Firefox%20Setup%203.6.13exc from tutankhamon.acc.umu.se Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

I am not computer saavy - please advise??

edited later to state I managed (through multiple tries on different Mozilla pages to finally download Firefox)It took several tries and different download sources - may finally have been a mirror site that worked. hat a frustration!!!

Chosen solution

The mirror (server hosting the Firefox setup file) you were assigned may be down for whatever reason. Try downloading it again and see if it works the second or third time. If you don't have any luck, try using a different mirror. Here's one that should work (select the language you want).
