Instead of getting virginmedia.com using Firefox, I get MicrosoftCustomer Experience Improvement Program page. Don't want it. How to get rid?
My ISP is Virginmedia. I can get it as my home page using Internet Explorer. When I try to get it using Firefox, I get MS CEIP page instead. Do not wish to participate in CEIP but always get the Page when using Firefox. I contacted MS and they have referred me to Mozilla Firefox. Help.

What do you have set as your Homepage?

Does this continue to happen after you try to reset your homepage manually to the correct Virgin location ?
Is your location bar behaving normally, and if you enter a random mis spelt word does it then in most instances go to a Google search page for that word?
I am wondering if you have any plugins installed that are affecting firefox settings. Maybe a bing bar or some search helper

Have virginmedia.com as my homepage but CEIP supersedes it.
and you're looking at the homepage setting in Firefox, not in "Internet Options"?
