I think now I understand. This site is solely to list any problem you may have, just for the hell of it, because it is pretty obvious that there is no one out there with the intelligence to answer any question.
This site is basically a joke.

If you have question please ask it. Otherwise don't criticize the few of us here who volunteer our time to try to help other Firefox users.
Actually I have posted two questions, with, of course as we all know, no answers or solutions. So my statement under the "nobody home" title was very correct, and I stand by it.
The idea of a forum for people to get some help on a problem or question, whether it be large or small is a very good since not all are as adroit or accomplished in the computer arts as they wish they were.
This forum gets a woefully inadequate grade. Actually the grade would be an abject failure to be helpful.
