When you use Behaviors , explicitly open browser windows behavior in expression web 4. It is ok for Windows explorer but not for firefox. firefox ignores use of attributes

Try posting at the Web Development / Standards Evangelism forum at MozillaZine. The helpers over there are more knowledgeable about web page development issues with Firefox.
