This may be due to a problem with an add-on. For details of how to troubleshoot that see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes

this is a problem with add-on. you have installed a software on your computer, it has installed an add-on on firefox, then you uninstalled the software but the add-on remained there making the error report each time you start the firefox. go to "manage add-ons" and see which one is there but you removed the software itself.
