It was removed from the context menu because people were accidentally blocking images. You can still block images but there is an extra step to take. Right-click on an image that you want to block and select "View Image Info". This will open up a dialog box that contains an option to block images from the domain the image was from.

Are you guys insane, this does not work, instead it blocks an entire website address! i want to be able to SIMPLY, make an exclusion rule for like one piece of graphics not a while site. i love the sleek new look of 4+ and all but you guys really need to get the UI problems under control. For now I'm going back to using IE, at least it works.
