I am also having this problem but it didn't start when I installed FF4. It has started for apparent reason on two separate computers at the same time. One is a Sony laptop and the other is an IBM clone desktop pc. Both are running Windows XP with the latest service packs. Neither has had an update of either Greasemonkey or the userscripts and both computers started doing the constant refreshing at the same time. I also havemn't found anyone else that has this problem. I hope someone knows how to fix it.
