How do you report problems since the Firefox Feedback page does not accept valid URLs?

Attempted to report that I had experienced a problem and after clicking on "Sad Face" was unable to get details screen to accept example URL after checking to indicate I had a URL to supply. Error message was that URL was invalid. Rechecked multiple times to insure that valid URL was being entered. Even went so far as to verify that URL worked with IE.

The firefox 4 feedback should work, although I have not tried it myself. The url you mention http://thf_media.s3.amazonaws.com/2010/pdf/UnderstandingAmerica-Exceptionalism.pdf works ok for me, it is a smallish (4MB) pdf file, possibly the problem is either it is a busy site or a slow internet connection you are using.

I will not attempt to report this in feedback because as I say it works ok for me.

John - You did not address my question and despite the fact that the link worked for you (it worked for me too if I use IE), your additional response was not helpful.

The problem is that the Firefox reporting mechanism does not work! It would not allow me to enter a valid URL in the space provided. We now both agree that it is a valid URL but there is no answer why the Feedback page won't accept it and says it is Invalid.

Sorry I do not know the answer. I have not tried the reporting link for reporting faulty URLs, my guess is that the URL may have been miss-typed.
