This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

thank you, Co-rel, did as ya stated, and it worked, I think you're right in saying there was a corrupted cookie linked to my home page, after clearing the cache and cookies, and retyping/resetting the home page, all's good...thank you for taking the time to answer my question....great day to you :)
