This happened about a week ago and again today while I was working with Alaska Airlines to get my boarding pass.

You already have the latest version installed, so there's no need to update.

But you have a very old Flash plugin installed which dates from 2005. Disable it by clicking the Firefox button, go to Add-ons, then Plugins.

Install its replacement via http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/

You also need to update Adobe Flash via http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

The version you have installed at the moment is a security risk. See http://www.adobe.com/support/security/advisories/apsa11-02.html

It might be an idea to scan your system for malware since you will have been exposed to it by having that old Macromedia plugin running. So I'd recommend you download the free version of Malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free and then run a full system scan.
