After updating to Firefox 4.0.1 on Mac OSX 10.6.4 there is no longer an "Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks" option. Did it move?

I updated to Firefox 4.0.1 on Mac OSX 10.6.4. When I go to the "Bookmarks" drop down menu, there is no "Organize Bookmarks" command. How do I do the operations that were under that command such as add new folders, move bookmarks, export bookmarks, etc.?
