Hit the orange Firefox button, then open the Options menu in the right column, click on Menu Bar to select that menu item and show the Menu Bar.

i did not feel that answered the question-what do you do once you are in the menu to shift the page up?

You can right click the orange Firefox button to open the toolbar context menu or use (F10) View > Toolbars.

  • Click the Menu Bar entry to make the Menu Bar visible all the time.

When I right click on firefox button it does not show the menu or anything else other than what appears on left click-also I have lost the facility to go back and forth in pages of websites.

Can you attach a screenshot of your current setup?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).


Which toolbars are visible (View > Toolbars)?

Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.


Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
