You can zoom the pages smaller until you figure out what's going on with your system.
View > Zoom > Zoom Out
or Ctrl+- (that's a minus or a hyphen)

Your zoom may be higher than you want. To reset zoom to the normal size, try
View > Zoom > Reset
If you have the orange Firefox button, tap the Alt key first to display the classic menu bar)
Was that it?
If not, and if you notice that the browser menus also are unusually large, or the Windows desktop is affected, then your Firefox shortcut may have a compatibility setting.
Try this: close Firefox and right-click the shortcut (e.g., on the desktop or quick launch, whatever is relevant), choose Properties, then the Compatibility tab. Clear any settings/checkboxes there. Then restart Firefox. Does that help?
Thanks But it didnt help
go to control panel and then to display then to settings and change your resolutions. this worked for me. hope it does for you too

You can use one of these extensions to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages:
- Default FullZoom Level: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/default-fullzoom-level/
- NoSquint: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/nosquint/
