This issue can be caused by the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

Your system details show that toolbar in the user agent as AskTbYLC/3.11.3.15590

Yes, I uninstalled the ASK toolbar as you instructed, and it worked. Thanks for your help.
